This playground is perfect for children, featuring a sand area, climbing structures, slides, and swings. The surrounding trees provide shade, creating a charming space for kids to explore. My children had a wonderful time here, and there’s plenty of seating for adults to relax. Note that the park is on a hill, and many paths leading to it include stairs. For a stroller-friendly route, take Oetenbachgasse Street from Uraniastrasse up the hill.
Viewpoint at Lindenhof
Continuing up the hill from the playground brings you to the Lindenhof viewpoint. This area offers breathtaking views of the old town, Lake Zurich, and even the Alps on a clear day. The spacious gravel area allows kids to run around freely. There are also swings, a large chess set, and picnic tables where you can enjoy snacks. While there are some steps to climb with a stroller, most areas remain accessible.

Lindenhof is easily accessible by public transit, just a 10-minute walk from Zurich HB (main train station). If traveling by car, Parkhaus Urania is conveniently located nearby. Its central location makes it an excellent stop for families exploring Zürich, especially if your children need a break.
