Positioned on the shores of Lake Lucerne and often less crowded than other tourist hubs, it offers a perfect blend of alpine views and kid-friendly fun. The highlight for our children is always a visit to Nessispielplatz, a themed playground where kids can run wild while parents soak in the breathtaking landscape.

Located directly on the lakeside, Nessispielplatz features a charming nautical theme.
- Key Features: A large boat-shaped climbing structure, a slide, and a basket swing.
- The “Nessi” Monster: The centerpiece is a colorful sea monster (Nessi) that is a favorite for climbing.
- Safety & Comfort: The entire area is fully fenced with a gate, providing peace of mind. The ground is fitted with padded safety mats, and large trees offer plenty of natural shade.

There is no need to over-pack for the day, as the playground is perfectly situated near all necessary amenities.

- Picnic Spots: If you prefer to bring your own food, there is a large green park next to the harbor and plenty of benches along the lakeside promenade.

- Nearby Dining: For a full meal, visit Elite Burger and Steakhouse Brunnen in town. For dessert, a stop at Gelateria Artigiana is a must for some of the best fresh gelato in the region.
