Our family had a wonderful stay at the Lake Cottage Airbnb in Bellagio, Italy, perfectly situated just a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. The renovated three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment offers stunning views of Lake Como from the patio, where we spent many relaxing moments. Located in a gated, peaceful area away from tourist crowds, it also includes a small parking space that just fit our large SUV. One bedroom can only be accessed through the garden and not from the main house. It is located downstairs and has its own bathroom and washer/dryer—always helpful when traveling with kids. There are stairs leading to the apartment, which made loading and unloading luggage a bit challenging, but the view was well worth it. It’s also worth noting that throughout Bellagio, there are many stairs and hills, which can be tricky with children. The owners were very thoughtful, supplying the kids with bubbles to enjoy in the garden. Overall, it’s a spacious, quiet, and beautifully located home, ideal for families seeking a tranquil Lake Como getaway.
