Tell the store sales clerk that you wish to taste, and they will provide you with samples. Felchlin emphasizes quality and sustainability in its chocolate production. A highlight for me was tasting their exquisite dark chocolate from Bolivia. Although the store lacks interactive exhibits for children, one can taste a variety of chocolates from several different countries. For a more family-friendly interactive experience, I recommend visiting either Aeschbach ChocoWelt or Lindt Home of Chocolate.
Conveniently, free parking is available outside the factory. After indulging in chocolates, consider exploring the nearby town of Brunnen for a complete day trip. Brunnen is a charming town overlooking Lake Lucerne with shops and restaurants to explore.
