Hiltl restaurant in Zurich is the world’s oldest vegetarian restaurant. Established in 1898, this historic eatery near Bahnhofstrasse offers an elegant and modern atmosphere and an impressive selection of vegetarian options. We had family visiting who are vegetarian so this was a great place to visit for a yummy meal. The kids were happy to eat pasta and were absolutely delighted to enjoy the brownie ice cream. The restaurant is family friendly with baby chairs, elevator, and baby changing table. Reservations are recommended. With its diverse menu, family-friendly atmosphere, and commitment to vegetarian dining, Hiltl provided us with a memorable culinary journey in the heart of Zurich, perfect for vegetarians and curious food lovers alike.
