A family’s trip to Switzerland wouldn’t be complete without trying Swiss Mövenpick ice cream. Mövenpick ice cream is crafted using high-quality Swiss ingredients, including rich Alpine cream from cows raised on small farms in the Alps. This brand can be found at many grocery stores, and there is a shop location, Mövenpick Ice Cream Gallery, near the Zurich Opera House. There is a large variety of flavors, including my favorite, chocolate, or my son’s choice, pistachio. We indulged in freshly baked waffle cones filled with creamy scoops, enjoying them in the small seating area inside. While the prices were a bit steep, the quality and taste made it worth the splurge for a special family treat. This is a great spot to cool down and make sweet memories during your Zurich adventure.
